1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) Direct Debit services
provided by Iqraa Masjid. By participating in SEPA Direct Debit donations, you agree to comply with
these terms.
2. SEPA Direct Debit Authorization
By providing your bank account details and signing a SEPA Direct Debit mandate, you authorize Iqraa
Masjid to initiate recurring debits from your bank account to fulfill donation payments as
instructed by you. You have the right to cancel this authorization at any time.
4. Payment Schedule
The payment schedule for recurring donations will be communicated to you in advance. The Charity will
notify you of any changes to the donation amount or schedule.
5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
You may cancel your recurring donation authorization at any time by notifying the Charity in writing.
Cancellation requests should be submitted [X] days before the next scheduled donation.
6. Tax Deductibility
Donations to the Charity may be tax-deductible. It is your responsibility to retain donation receipts
for tax purposes. The Charity will provide necessary documentation for tax purposes upon
request.
7. Notification of Changes
You agree to promptly inform the Charity of any changes to your bank account information, contact
details, or other relevant information.
8. Data Protection
The Charity will handle your personal and financial information in accordance with applicable data
protection laws. Your information will only be used for the purpose of processing SEPA Direct Debit
donations.
9. Liability
The Charity is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided
by you, or for delays in processing caused by circumstances beyond the Charity's control.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any
disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
